Jessica Simpson is at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles due to a small kidney infection, In Touch can exclusively reveal. “She checked in on Friday morning because she was feeling achy and had a fever,” a friend of the family confirmed. Jessica was kept over the weekend for observations and is expected to be released Tuesday morning. “She is doing fine, but she is ready to get out of there,” added the friend. And although Jessica’s boyfriend, Dallas Cowboys QB, Tony Romo wanted to be by her side, he had prior commitments in Dallas. Get well soon , Jess!

Eva Longoria Parker hosts a party at her new Hollywood restaurant Beso (Spanish for “kiss”) with Chef friend and partner Todd English on Tuesday night.
Eva’s celebrity friends came out last night to support Beso, including Courteney Cox, David Arquette, Jennifer Aniston, Kate Beckinsale, Jessica Simpson, and rapper Eve.
The guests enjoyed the new Mediterranean style cooking by English, and rumour has it that Eva will be cooking as well in the near future. But for now, the guests will have to settle for her extravagant company at the table!

Boyfriend-in-laws Tony Romo and Pete Wentz recently gushed about each other to In Touch. Tony is currently dating Jessica Simpson and Pete is dating sister Ashlee Simpson.
“Pete’s great, he’s a really laid back, cool guy,” said Tony. Pete feels the same about the Dallas quarterback despite the fact that they’re nothing alike! “It is like the jock and the nerd hanging out,” Pete joked. “I am trying to get him to teach me to throw a football.”
It’s been tough to find time to hang out though, “We really aren’t ever in the same place at the same time to double-date,” Pete said. He’s a supporter of Jessica and Tony though, “They are happy and seem great together,” he added.

Jessica Simpson and MySpace President Tom Anderson appeared live on the Today Show on Monday in Camp Buehring, Kuwait.
Simpson, Pussycat Dolls, Filter, Disturbed, Carlos Mencia, DJ Z-Trip, and Metal Sanaz performed at the base for “Operation MySpace“, a live concert for 5,000 troops broadcast on MySpace. Jessica also debuted her new film, Major Movie Star.
“I am in Kuwait, I’m enjoying all the troops – having a blast,” she said. “[I’ve been] signing autographs, meeting them, showing all the support I can. It’s an amazing opportunity to come and support my troops. Everybody out here sacrifices their lives for me and my country.”

John Mayer just wrote a very interesting message to his "ex-lover", which can be about Jessica or another his girl. So don't take this too seriously. onestly, I don't think this can be Jessica, because she already moved on with her life and is completely happy and in love with Tony!
He writes:

The same day Tony Romo told PEOPLE that he and Jessica Simpson are not engaged but that marriage is something on his mind, the couple had dinner at Greenwich Village hot spot Waverly Inn.
The two, both 27, are going strong and can't bear to be apart, a source close to Simpson tells PEOPLE, adding: "They are doing great. They are really, really happy together."
In New York to be with Romo when he accepted his award at Cosmopolitan's Fun, Fearless Male luncheon, Simpson was due to fly to Nashville Tuesday before Romo joins her in Los Angeles, says the source.
"She's having a great time and is loving life right now," says the source. "She is happier than ever. Things with Tony are going really well."

Jessica Simpson is headed to Sin City.
The singer, 27, just snapped up a luxury, 1,200-square feet one-bedroom suite inside the new Palms Place residential resort in Las Vegas. Pics of the one-bedroom suites are to the left.
The deal has been in the works for awhile.
“She first showed interest when she was still with Nick,” a source close to Simpson tells Usmagazine.com. “It was originally supposed to be for both of them, but then she decided to just get a smaller unit for herself.”
Another source close to the singer tells Us: “The location of the condo is spectacular. It’s right at the top of the tower, and it’s got great views of the strip. It’s really cool!”
The Palms Place (located next to the Palms Palace Hotel and Casino) offers a two-story Drift Spa and Simon at Palms Place, a restaurant and lounge by celeb chef Kerry Simon.
“We are thrilled that Jessica is among the first to purchase at Palms Place,” said Palms Place owner George Maloof in a statement. “We’ve created a resort atmosphere unlike anything on or off the Las Vegas Strip.”

Like most everyone else, Tony Romo hears those rumors about how he and Jessica Simpson are getting engaged.
And what does he think about what he hears? "I mean, it's just rumors. That's what people say," the Dallas Cowboys quarterback, 27, told PEOPLE at Monday's Cosmopolitan Fun Fearless Male of the Year Awards – where he was honored alongside Simpson's ex John Mayer and rumored former boyfriend Dane Cook. ("I guess you date Jessica Simpson, that makes you fearless!" Romo joked.)
But will there be marriage in Romo's future?
"I'm sure I'll get married one day. I don’t know when," he says.
As for being with Simpson, also 27, Romo tells PEOPLE:
Would Jessica call you fun and fearless?
Yeah, sure. Though we don't usually have conversations about how fun and fearless I am, but I'm a pretty fun guy. I joke a lot.
During the off-season, will you visit Jessica in Nashville, where she's recording a country album?
Yeah. She's working hard. She's doing a great job, and I'm really excited about the way it sounds. It sounds real good. I'm excited.

Tony Romo thinks he knows the secret to being a fun and fearless guy. Accepting his Cosmo magazine Fun Fearless Males 2008 award today, the Dallas Cowboys quarterback told the audience that he was repeatedly asked what make a fun, fearless male. Romo noted that other recipients are past flames of his girlfriend Jessica Simpson
"I was thinking, you have John Mayer, Dane Cook," he said. "If you date Jessica Simpson, I guess you're fun and fearless."
Romo's remarks come after he spent a lowkey weekend with Simpson. On Saturday night, she gave him a lap dance at club Villa in Hollywood.

Jessica Simpson and her quarterback beau Tony Romo were lowkey on a short American Airlines flight from San Jose, California to Los Angeles Saturday.
The pair sat in coach like everybody else on the 44-seater plane, according to an eyewitness.
“A passenger two rows ahead of them was a Cowboys fan and he asked the flight attendant to give them drinks from him,” an eyewitness tells Usmagazine.com. “They accepted and each had a beer. Jessica looked totally bored on the flight”
After the plane landed, the twosome waited until everyone got off the plane before leaving and Simpson thanked the crew and pilots.
“They were really sweet on the plane,” the witness tells Us. “About 20 minutes later, I saw Jessica waiting outside the men’s room for Tony, just like any other regular spouse or girlfriend would wait for their husband or boyfriend."
Saturday night the duo hit up Hollywood hotspot Villa with a few pals, including Simpson’s former assistant Cacee Cobb and her boyfriend, Scrubs’ star Donald Faison.
“Jessica was super social and energetic,” an onlooker there told Us.
Between “singing and dancing with everyone,” Simpson gave Romo a lap dance to Shakira and Wyclef Jean’s “Hips Don’t Lie.”
“Jess was also laughing and dancing to Diana Ross’ ‘I’m Coming Out,’ and then a disco medley, where she did the disco finger dance move,” the onlooker said. “Everyone at the table was dancing goofy and laughing throughout the night.”
Romo also “drank champagne from the bottle” as the DJ played Grease’s “You’re The One That I Want.”
After over two hours of partying, the group left at 2 a.m.

Squash all the rumors of Jessica Simpson and her Dallas Cowboy Tony Romo being on the rocks. If anything, their relationship is getting even more serious. It’s safe to say that the couple has taken their relationship to the next level.
On Sunday March 2, 2008 Hollyscoop snoopers spotted the happy couple at Los Angeles eatery Casa Vega with Joe and Tina Simpson. There was another elderly couple with the Simpsons, which our spy believes could be Tony’s parents.
“The group seemed like they were enjoying their time and all getting to know each other. They were sharing stories and laughing really loud. The entire restaurant could hear the group as they were squeezed into a booth against the corner of the restaurant.”
The source went on to say, “Jessica and Tony were casual and low-key in sweats and a cap. Tony had his arm around Jess almost the entire time. Joe Simpson also seemed to be enjoying Tony’s company.”
You know how that goes, if Joe approves, Tony stays. Casa Vega used to be a favorite of Jessica and Nick when the two were married. They even shot several episodes of ‘Newlyweds’ at the intimate restaurant.
